How do I secure my FASTCOV Producer Commission Code?

In order to receive a FASTCOV Producer Commission Code, you must be appointed as a broker with American Specialty Insurance & Risk Services, Inc. If your office is already appointed but has not yet received a FASTCOV Broker Commission Code, please contact Dan Weir, American Specialty's CFO & COO at 260-672-8800.

If your office is not yet appointed, you will need to take the following steps:

Step 1 - Complete an American Specialty Broker Agreement.

Step 2 - Provide a Form W-9, evidence of proper licensing, Professional Liability coverage, an Fidelity coverage.

Step 3 - Return all documents to the attention of:

Upon receipt of all necessary information, you will receive your Producer Commission Code, which you will need to enter during the insurance application process.
